Civil Marriage:
Michael Bijani is a Registered Civil Celebrant and Marriage Officiant authorized by Virginia Circuit Court, (Loudoun County) to perform Marriage Ceremonies.

Civil Marriage is a type of marriage that is performed by a civil or government official without involving church or any religious ceremony.
In fact, in Civil Marriage you do not need to take your marriage in the church or bring your pastor to conduct your marriage.
A Civil Ceremony is a non-religious, legal Marriage Ceremony that will be performed by an authorized legal official instead of a Religious Officiant.
A Civil Ceremony is legally binding, whereas the Religious Ceremony is not legally binding, therefore, in Religious Marriage still the couples have to obtain the Marriage License from the City Hall or Clerk’s Office, in order their marriage become legal.
The couple can perform their Civil Marriage Ceremony anywhere they wish such as, at the Home, Beach, Hotel, Public Park, or even in a Greenhouse.
Marriage, also called Matrimony, is a socially or ritually recognized union or legal contract between spouses that establishes rights and obligations between them, between them and their children, and between them and their in-laws.
A Civil Marriage is a wedding that takes place without any religious affiliation and meets the legal requirements of the locale.
Michael Bijani is a Civil Celebrant Official, approved and authorized by Virginia Circuit Court, (Loudoun County) to perform Civil Marriage Ceremonies.
Procedure for Civil Marriage:
In order we finalize your Marriage, you must take the following guidelines:

The couple should present in person in one of the Civil Courts with valid picture ID, to swear and pay the fee to the court, and obtain Marriage License Package.

After receiving Marriage License Package, you can call us and make appointment.

We will perform your marriage at your desire location.

After performing the marriage, we will send completed and signed Marriage License to the court.

If you want to obtain certified copy, you have to wait about 5 business days and then one of the parties with the valid picture ID can go to the same court that you obtained your Marriage License and request for your Certified Marriage License.

The court will issue you the certified copy of your Marriage License.
Religious Marriage:
A Religious Marriage is type of marriage that the couples can be married in a church and have a Religious Ceremony performed by a member of the clergy.
In order the Religious Marriage to become a Legal Marriage, the parties first have to obtain Marriage License from the court.
