Social Service Benefits:

Our experienced staff at MTES assist you to receive Social Service Benefits for which you are qualified. We prepare the necessary forms and applications, accompany you to the Social Service Office, help you to apply for the benefits.

Social Service Assistance Benefits:
Social Service Assistance Benefits are include but not limited to Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Energy Assistance, Child Care, Disability Benefits, etc. We will help you to receive any benefits you need and you are eligible for it.

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance or SNAP Assistance:
SNAP or Food Stamp Program is a federal program that supplements the food budgets to low-income households to help assure needy persons receive nutritionally adequate diet. We assist you to obtain information about Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) program, and walk through you in every steps such as Check your benefits, Renew your benefits, Link your account to a case, Report changes to your case, Update your account and any other necessary action in order to bring you satisfactory result.
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF):
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families or TANF Assistance is a monetary help, which is paid to certain relatives responsible for children who have been deprived of parental support due to the responsible parent’s death, absence, or incapacity. Our experienced staff at MTES will assist you to apply for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
Medicaid and FAMIS Assistance:
We assist you to obtain Medicaid, and Family Access to Medical Insurance Security Plan (FAMIS), which are Medical Assistance Programs that make direct payments to Health Care Service providers for eligible individuals and families who are unable to pay their own medical bills and unable to take care of their medical expenses that they need.
Nursing Home Care Assistance:
We assist you to obtain Nursing Home Care Program Assistance, which provides service to individuals and senior citizens who need nursing facility care and cannot afford the cost of care.
Refugee Resettlement Program:
The Refugee Resettlement Program is a federal program that provides medical and cash assistance to eligible refugees who settle in Virginia.
U.S. Refugee Resettlement Agencies help newly arrived refugees settle into local communities. These organizations are included but not limited to: Church World Service, Episcopal Migration Ministries, International Rescue Committee, Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, United States Conference of Catholic Bishops/Migration and Refugee Services, and World Relief.
These organizations are also known as Voluntary Agencies or Resettlement Agencies.
Disaster Assistance Program
This program will provide financial assistance and help to victims of major disasters such as earthquake, tornado, and hurricane, when the president declares that an emergency or disaster area exists. Qualifying individuals and families receive aid to repair, replace, or rebuild necessary provisions that have destroyed or damaged, due to the disaster.
