Forensic document examiners help lawyers by examining and offering written opinions on a variety of disputed document problems including: wills, deeds, medical records, income tax records, time sheets, contracts, loan agreements, election petitions, checks, and anonymous letters.

Expert Witness and Expert Opinion Service

An Expert Witness is a person who is permitted to testify at a trial because of special knowledge, education, training, skill, experience, or proficiency in a particular field that is relevant to the case.

It is believed that the person who has expertise and specialized knowledge in a particular subject beyond that of the average person, sufficient that others may officially and legally rely upon the witness's specialized, scientific, technical, or other opinion about an evidence or fact issue within the scope of his expertise, referred to as the expert opinion, as an assistance to the fact-finder

If applicable, MTES support our client in any Civil and Criminal court for testifying as an Expert Opinion Witness under the guideline and supervision of your attorney.

If applicable, MTES supports our client in any Immigration court for testifying as an Expert Opinion Witness under the guideline and supervision of your attorney.

If applicable, MTES supports our client in any Child Custody and Family Court for testifying as an Expert Opinion Witness under the guideline and supervision of your attorney.

If applicable, MTES writes Expert Opinion Letter for any reason to be presented in any government institution and private sectors under the guideline and supervision of your attorney.

If applicable, MTES supports its client in area of law of Iran for testifying as an Expert Opinion Witness under the guideline and supervision of your attorney.

If applicable, MTES writes Expert Opinion Letter to address your academic experience and qualifications.

If applicable, MTES tries to support you for the matters related to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), H-1B visa for determination of a minimum of bachelor's degree equivalent or Master's degree equivalent, under the guideline and supervision of your attorney.

If applicable, MTES writes Expert Opinion Letter to evaluate the accuracy and equivalency of any credential and or non-credential documents. This could include academic transcripts, employment verification letters, and detailed job descriptions to provide to immigration, institutions and private sectors.

Forensic Document Examination

Questioned Document Examination (QDE) is a term for a forensic science discipline pertaining to documents that are potentially disputed in a court of law.

The primary purpose of QDE is to provide evidence about a suspicious or questionable document using a variety of scientific processes and methods.

Evidence might include alterations, the chain of possession, damage to the document, forgery, origin, authenticity, or any other questions that comes up when a document is challenged in the court.

In another word, Forensic Document Examination is identifying forgery and establishing the authenticity of documents in dispute. This information needs for the court to be able to correctly evaluate document evidence.

Scope of Document Examination are as follow

The American Board of Forensic Document Examiners (ABFDE) is recognized by and was originally sponsored by the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, and is sponsored by the American Society of Questioned Document Examiners, the Southwestern Association of Forensic Document Examiners, the Southeastern Association of Forensic Document Examiners, and the Canadian Society of Forensic Sciences.
